This wine takes its name from the ravine that runs through our vineyards.

Candio comes from our plot El Barranco, located between 350 and 450 meters above sea level and facing west, and it consists of Listán Negro ungrafted vines between 80 and 150 years old, cultivated in the unique system of cordón trenzado. This plot is characterized by a soil dominated by volcanic rock covered by a clay layer.
