Meet the Cellar

The cellar is equipped with different volumes uncoated concrete tanks in which we carry out the fermentation of our wines, and for certain plots their refinement.

The aging of our wines is carried out in small french oak foudres of 500 liters volume and also with bigger sizes, from 2000 to 4500 liters. We conceive their use only as a tool for the refinement process of, not to provide any nuances to them.

Moreover, we have stainless steel tanks of different volumes that allow us to perform blendings of various plots for our Village Wines, and of the different casks for our single vineyard wines, prior to bottling step.
